Living A Life With Chronic Pain Workshop (Six weeks)
Wednesdays –  April 10, 17 and May 1, 8, & 15
Time: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Location: Caledon Seniors Centre, 7 Rotarian Way, Bolton

– Managing Chronic Pain
– Physical Activity & Healthy Eating
– Medication Management
– Working with your Healthcare Providers
– Feedback & Problem Solving
– Dealing with Difficult Emotions

Workshop Details
– 2.5 hours a week for 6 weeks
– developed by Self-Management Resource Center
– receive the Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain Resource Book
– relaxation for Body & Mind CD
– Moving Easy Program Exercise CD
– No referral needed – just sign up!
– Led by two trained Peer Leaders
