Seniors Fitness Exercise Class
Exercise classes that work on cardio, strength training, balance and stretching/flexibility.

$4 Pay as you go or 10 consecutive classes for $30

Living A Life With Chronic Pain Workshop (Six weeks)
Wednesdays –  April 10, 17 and May 1, 8, & 15
Time: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Location: Caledon Seniors Centre, 7 Rotarian Way, Bolton

– 2.5 hours a week for 6 weeks

– relaxation for Body & Mind CD
– Moving Easy Program Exercise CD
– No referral needed – just sign up!
– Led by two trained Peer Leaders
