Wednesdays - April 10, 17 and May 1, 8, & 15
Time: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM

- Medication Management
- Working with your Healthcare Providers
- Feedback & Problem Solving
- Dealing with Difficult Emotions

Workshop Details
- 2.5 hours a week for 6 weeks
- developed by Self-Management Resource Center
- receive the Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain Resource Book
- relaxation for Body & Mind CD
- Moving Easy Program Exercise CD
- No referral needed - just sign up!
- Led by two trained Peer Leaders
